camel-quarkus-grpc consumers no longer depends on Quarkus gRPC server configuration
In previous releases, many of the camel-grpc consumer configuration options were ignored as the gRPC server configuration was driven by the quarkus-grpc extension.
This is no longer the case. All of the camel-grpc consumer configuration options are respected.
